Saving Lives CPR of Utah, LLC

By registering for a course you agree to the terms of our cancellation policy. 

No refund if you cancel with less than 7 days notice.

Cancellations received at least 7 days in advance of the class may request a refund

or receive full credit to another class.

Cancellations received less than 7 days in advance, but at least 24 hours prior to the class will be issued a credit to reschedule. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to class, and "no shows" at class will not be issued a refund or credit. 

Please note that textbooks are not returnable and the purchase price is not refundable (cost of textbook is included in registration fee).
