Register ONLINE: Just click "Purchase Course" below and follow registration/payment instructions.

Register BY PHONE: Call our business office at 801-703-0000. Monday-Saturday between 9am-5pm. When registering by phone, fees must be paid for by VENMO, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

Register BY MAIL: Print and complete the Registration Form here. Mail the registration form with payment (check, money order, or complete credit card information) to: Saving Lives CPR of Utah at 1168 W Lucky Cove, West Jordan, UT 84084 at least 2 weeks in advance of the class. 

 *Registration fee includes mandatory National Safety Council student workbook containing full-color photographs, illustrations and skills demonstrations • NSC First Aid Quick Guide (if applicable) • Course DVD • Nationally recognized course completion cards

*Please do not bring children or unregistered guests to class. Children under 14 taking a CPR or First Aid class must register and attend with an adult.

*A confirmation email/electronic receipt will be sent once registration is complete and fees are received
